Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Most international deliveries arrive within 7 to 21 business days, while local deliveries may take 3 to 7 business days. Please note that unforeseen delays, such as customs processing or weather conditions, may occasionally affect delivery times.

Cash on Delivery

Oscar Adventures operates exclusively with a cash-on-delivery (COD) payment method. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order and make payment at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link or number via email. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. Oscar Adventures is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery (if possible) and notify us immediately at [email protected]. If you have already accepted the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Missing Packages

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please contact us right away. We will coordinate with our shipping partners to investigate and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
